30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a return.
  • All components, parts, and accessories must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Mark RMA Number: Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of your return package. Returns without an RMA number may experience delays in processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
